We guarantee that the item you receive will be as described. Your tapestry is Guaranteed European in origin. All are woven in France, Belgium or Italy, generally by very old-established weavers. Our tapestries are reproductions of originals in museums and private collections throughout the world. The tapestries in our tapestry gallery were originally from France or Belgium but some came from weavers in Italy, Netherlands, Germany, England, Russia or Czechoslovakia. If you feel your item is not suitable, simply contact us via email within 10 days of your receipt of the item, describing the problem. We will get back to you promptly to arrange your return of the item. Return authorization must be obtained before returning a tapestry. A full refund (less shipping charges) will be credited towards another purchase and we will be more than happy to help you select a different tapestry more suitable to your requirements. We will have to apply a 10% restocking fee if you decide not to repurchase another tapestry.
All of our tapestries are imported from Europe and were woven in Belgium Italy or France, GUARANTEED. We take great care inspecting the finishing of these tapestries, when handling them and during packaging for shipment.

Custom finishing and special orders may take longer, please allow time for custom finishing. Larger sizes may take longer also, as they will be sometimes special ordered directly from Europe. Shipping Costs: Shipping is FREE - within North America Tapestries will be shipped expidited service. Shipping via the postal service, usually takes about 7 - 10 days within North America. If courier or express service is required please let us know in advance (additional charges will apply).
